Q: I'm from out of town, where can I stay? 

A: We recommend walkable Intercontinental Hotel at 888 Howard St nearby, or any airbnb's in the area.

What about parking or public transport?

A: If driving, there is a flat rate 24x7 ($20/$15) lot at 1064 Mission St on the same block. There's also metered parking on the street ($2.75/hour). You can also take BART and exit and Civic Center.

Q: What are the hours of the retreat?

A: Friday 6:30pm - 9:30pm, Saturday 10-6pm, and Sunday 10-6pm. 

Q: Do I need to attend all 3 days? 

A: Yes, attending Friday eve, Sat and Sun are required. This is about honoring who you are becoming, and committing to being fully available for yourself to join our practices all 3 days. Think of this as an investment in YOU - a huge act of self-love and self-care to show up for 3 days. You're going to feel full of vitality and life but attending all three days is part of that. There are limited seats and being here matters as we are building on what we learn and creating deep connection starting Friday. If you can't make all 3 days, consider signing up for a Pause & Thrive 30 minute breakthrough session with me instead.

Q: What meals will we have at the retreat?

A: No, but there will be scheduled breaks and lunch breaks. Friday we begin after dinner, so please eat something before you arrive. For Saturday & Sunday lunch we will be going out in small groups of 3 or 4 nearby.  Please bring $40 CASH (approx $20 per meal) so you can pay for your meal easily when in a group - avoid the credit card hassle and cash-only restaurants you may choose. We will be finished for dinnertime Sat and Sun and you are encouraged to go out in small groups for dinner if you don't have plans.
 

Q: Will there be breaks and/or snacks?

A: Yes. After all, we are pausing so breaks matter. We will have breaks for lunch and 1 or 2 others per day. Please bring any snacks to get you through until meal times and a water bottle. We will have water but having a container to put it in that doesn't spill is important (let's keep our pristine space pristine!). We will have coffee and tea in the AMs and during breaks available.

Q: Can I bring a friend?

A: Yes-- in fact, we highly recommend it. And after you reserve your ticket, forward to a friend for them to grab a ticket for the same seat deposit… WHILE THEY LAST. (There are a limited number of tickets available.) Invite them today!

Q: What should I wear?

A: We recommend you dress business casual and comfortably. And, bring layers!! We are in an office and we can’t always modulate the temperature as well as we’d like to… we’ll also be outside a couple times throughout the event and it can be chilly, so bring a rain jacket/umbrella just in case.
