Happy birthday, Pause the book!
You're one year old today, wahoo! It's been an honor to birth you into our world and help others as I share my story of not being self-aware myself enough to know I was burning out and not doing myself any favors.
The EI tools I've learned with The Wright Foundation and all my mentors and teachers and lab mates, along w dedicating myself to my own transformation and helping others reach their potential has been such a blessing and an honor as I learn to share more vulnerably and truthfully all the time. Where will we go next, Pause?! Honored, upward, inward, and onward!!
