I am learning to ‘row my way’ through life - where I show up to anything I do like I show up to a rowing race - fully committed, all-in and trusting myself that I am ready for whatever comes my way, can handle any obstacle, and finish feeling strong and grateful.
This is what's missing for a lot of us - the all-in commitment to make ^%$^ happen - your dreams, your goals, or even what you want to do next week!
Recently, I was feeling all the feels after looking at my business under a microscope and deciding where I wanted it to go for 2023 and the next 3 years!!
These days, I am learning to show up to anything I do like I show up to a rowing race - fully committed, all-in and trusting myself that I am ready for whatever comes my way, can handle any obstacle, and finish feeling strong and grateful.
I wrote this a few days after rowing in this boat at Head of the Charles, the largest rowing regatta in the world (5000 boats, 500k spectators!).

It wasn’t always this way - when I burned out of Google all those years ago, I had no idea how to ‘row my way through life’ even though I was a 6x national champion in the sport of rowing. Sure, I could pull off some great athletic feats, but did I feel as good out of a boat?
